A short 10 minute scenic drive from downtown Victoria is Paprika Bistro. Owned & operated by local resident and long time Restaurateur Geoff Parker, it is located in the heart of Oak Bay and only blocks from Willows Beach. Paprika is a 60 seat boutique restaurant with a locally inspired European menu and an international wine list with a great presence of BC wines. The menu & daily features offer seasonal cuisine showcasing the best Vancouver Island has to offer. Local seasonal produce is purchased from Saanich Organics. Saanich Organics is a community of farmers from small, certified organic farms who work together. Robin Tunnicliffe of Feisty Field Organic Farm, Rachel Fisher of Three Oaks Farm, and Heather Stretchof Northbrook Farm are the owners of the business, but we work with several other farmers in and around greater Victoria.
Owned & operated by Adam, Daisy & Uncle Phil, The Root Cellar. The family root cellar was a place in their homes where they could always find good quality, garden grown, fresh or preserved produce. At The Root Cellar, they take great pride in providing the communities of Greater Victoria with the same. Simply put, they have great appreciation for fresh, delicious and nutritious food and they hope you do too.
